When it comes to leasing or buying instrumentals, artists may prefer to lease a beat rather than buy exclusive rights because lease terms may be less expensive. However, leased beats give more control to the beat producer. If the leases are non-exclusive, an artist may not be interested in leasing a beat that might be used by other artists. If you're planning to release an album or pitch your music to a record label, you'll want to buy exclusive rights. Exclusive rights give you full ownership of the beat and unlimited use. So, if you were looking to have a beat created that nobody else ever heard nor leased before, then MGH will take care of all your needs!

What is the turnaround time?
4-6 Days. If a rush order is needed, it will cost an additional $50 fee on top of the upfront payment.
How much does a custom-made beat cost?
The starting price is $500, half upfront (non-refundable). The remainder is due upon completion and you’re 100% satisfied. The final price will be determined depending on additional needs to complete production.
What happens if I don’t’ like the beat?
Revisions are free of charge. If a new idea must be created, that is free of charge to satisfy the client’s needs!
Are sample requests an option?
Absolutely!! TEAM MGH loves a good sample flip!! However, please be aware that upon distribution of the song please make sure that sample is cleared.
What if I want more than one beat for a project?
